Anthony Arger is a Reno native that
is pleased to be practicing the legal
profession in his hometown after a range
of business experience in New York City
and in the Northern California wine country.
His practice focuses primarily on corporate
and commercial law at the federal and
state levels, with an acute appreciation
for complex business litigation, commercial real estate law, estate
& trust litigation. He also has experience
with land use, administrative agencies, water rights,
environmental law, and other precious
natural resources. He is currently a member
of the Western Trial Lawyers Association, and on the Board of Directors for the Washoe County Bar Association.
Mr. Arger graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science from Bates College in 2006, where he also played football. Immediately after completing
his undergraduate studies, he worked in
finance at Morgan Stanley and Dexia Credit
Local in New York City. After nearly three
years in Manhattan, he moved to Napa
Valley and served as the Director of Sales
& Marketing at Arger-Martucci Vineyards.
While working at his family’s winery, Mr.
Arger simultaneously attended graduate
school, earning dual Juris Doctorate (JD)
and Master of Business Administration
(MBA) degrees from the University of San Francisco in 2014. He graduated
with honors in his JD concentration
on corporate and commercial law, and
graduated first in his MBA class. Prior
to joining Robertson, Johnson, Miller &
Williamson, Mr. Arger served as a judicial
law clerk to the Honorable Justice James
W. Hardesty of the Nevada Supreme Court.
